GREENE — Coming off a perfect 2024 season, the Greene Trojans golf team carried their momentum into 2025 with a 220-302 victory over first-year program Unatego/Franklin.
Despite graduating their top two seniors, the Trojans saw strong performances from younger players. Carter Williamson led all scorers with a 37 (+2) on the par-35 course, while freshman Cooper Flanagan impressed in his debut with a 41 (+6).
Senior Trent Drew shot a 46 (+11), as did teammate Kiefer Evans. Logan Roth rounded out the team scoring with a 50, while sixth man Levi Parks also saw action, finishing with a 52.
Unatego/Franklin’s scores ranged from 54 to 70.
Greene (1-0) returns to action Wednesday at 9 a.m., hosting Bainbridge-Guilford at the Genny.
