The Norwich Police Department, and common council, recognized two interns who completed a three-month long internship at the police department this summer. Laurenceau Tannis, of Norwich, will be a senior in SUNY Broome this year, working towards earning his degree in IT. Jolei Powell, of Norwich, will also be in her senior year at Hilbert College, where she is working towards her degree in Crime Scene Investigations.
