EARLVILLE - Earlville Opera House Art Galleries are proud to present the next round of visual artist exhibitions on Saturday, June 14, 1-3pm. This series boasts the work of three incredibly talented artists representing diverse and unique forms of artistic media in the areas rich of natural fibers, watercolors, fabric arts and oil paintings on canvas. Come join us in celebrating amazing original artwork, also browse in our Artisan Gift Shop and visit the 1892 National Landmark Theater. This round of exhibits is up through July 19. Gallery openings and visits are always free and open to the public. 

Highlighted in our East Gallery is Susan Bauman with her exbibit “Nature as Muse”. Susan was born in Montreal, Canada and her family spent summers in Vermont, then moving to rural New Jersey when she was 15 years old. Susan has resided in central New York since the early 1970’s, when she, her husband, and two friends built a house together near Smyrna, NY. Susan now lives in Hamilton on four acres of land, in a home she and her husband designed, where she is an avid gardener. Susan is a self-taught artist, inspired by nature and the works of others. She feels fortunate to live in an environment that fuels her passion for nature and art.
