BAINBRIDGE – The Bainbridge-Guilford Bobcats track and field team hosted their lone MAC meet on Wednesday, featuring Delhi, Harpursville-Afton, Walton, and local Unadilla Valley. The Bobcats won both the boys’ and girls’ races with UV girls finished second and the UV boys took third. All seniors were also celebrated prior to the start of the meet.

B-G:

Boys:

The Bainbridge-Guilford boys won all the team relays in the 4x100, 4x400, and in the 4x800, ahead of Walton each time. Kevin Lang won the 400 meter dash with a time of 55.40 seconds as teammate Julian Pruskowski took third with a time of 59 seconds. Pruskowski also came in fifth place in the 200 meter dash and finished third in the 400 meter dash.

Collin Dicks earned three first place finishes in the 100 meter dash, in the long jump, and in the triple jump. Dicks set a new best jump in the triple jump with a jump of 41 feet, three inches. This accomplishment moves him to fourth place on the B-G track records list for the specific event. He is still chasing the long jump record, but nearly misses each time. He jumped 20 feet, 11 inches to win the long jump this time around. Teammate Nolan Foster finished fifth in the long jump with a jump of 15-11.50.
