NORWICH — Winners of the 2023 Home for the Holidays Decorating Contest have been selected! Judging was a huge challenge because there are many beautifully decorated holiday homes in Norwich, NY.

On behalf of the judges, Jane Clement shared, “There were many close winners and we wished we could give Honorable Mentions.”

Members of he Norwich Garden Club and the Town and Country Garden Club encourage people to go out and look at all the beautiful colorful lights throughout the city. Home for the Holidays judges especially wish to commend Francis Avenue for the being the most decorated street in the City of Norwich!

In its seventh year (having missed 2020), this contest is a collaboration among the Norwich Garden Club, the Town and Country Garden Club, and the Norwich B.I.D. All homes decorated for the holidays in the City of Norwich were eligible for consideration as judges toured the city last week.
