NORWICH - The Chenango County Health Department is hosting a COVID-19 vaccine clinic for uninsured and underinsured individuals through the Bridge Access Program on November 16 and 17 between 9-11 a.m. and 1-3 p.m. The clinic will held at 5 Court Street, Norwich, in the Basement Clinic Room. This COVID-19 vaccine clinic is for 18 years of age and older. Please call 607-337-1660 for an appointment

If you would like a COVID-19 vaccine and your health insurance does not cover it, please call us for an appointment. If your health insurance does cover COVID-19 vaccine, please make an appointment at your local pharmacy or your health care provider. You may also call us to be pre-approved if you are unsure.
