BOYS BASKETBALL: Greene Gets Past Sidney

SIDNEY - On Friday, the Greene Trojans boys basketball team faced Sidney for the second time this season. In another highly offensive game between both teams, Greene came away with a 67-52 victory. Greene had also won the previous matchup 74-66 earlier in the season.

Both teams played consistently in the first half with Greene taking a small 33-31 lead at halftime. The Trojans continued playing sharp in the second half, where their 18 points in the final eight minutes sealed the victory.

Jaden Eroshevich led Greene with 19 points while Trevor Ketcham continues to step up in the last few games and finished second in scoring with 14 points. Kloden Rapp and William Dunlap tied with nine points each.

After falling to Delhi, Greene has been riding on a three-game winning streak and will put it to the test against Unatego/Franklin on Wednesday at 7 p.m.
