HANCOCK – The Unadilla Valley Storm bowling team earned its fourth straight win to kick off the 2022 season against Hancock. The boys pulled out a 2955-2872 win while the girls dominated with a 2686-1993 victory.

Jacob Prentice led the boys with a 621 high series, but it was also the whole dynamic effort of his team with scores 548 and higher that came out victorious. Hancock had two leading scorers that bowled a 627 and a 625, but the rest of the team could not compete.

For the girls, Phalen Hill bowled a high series of a 566 while Brynn Grant finished with a 548 and Kailee Figger with a 540. The rest of the team bowled a 510 and above, while Hancock only had one bowler achieve a 501.

The Storm will be participating in a Christmas Tournament on December 28 before returning to full action on January 3 vs Downsville.
