SHERBURNE — If you have ever wondered about electric cars, or want to ride in one, join Friends of Rogers for the fourth annual Electric Car Show on Saturday, October 1 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Rogers Environmental Education Center in Sherburne.

This show is in conjunction with National Drive Electric Week, where cities all over the United States put on EV shows and encourage the public learn about the cars and bikes form the owners that use them. So, you can talk to the owners of EVs, and even take a test ride at this show. Friends of Rogers encourages masks must be worn on test rides at the comfort of the driver and the riders.

“There is no sales pressure at the show, you can ask questions and find out information from people that own and drive electric vehicles in our area," said Interim Executive Director Heather Tehan. “This is a great event and it’s our fourth year of bringing the EV owners of Central New York together at Rogers Center.”
