BAINBRIDGE – On Friday, the Bainbridge-Guilford Bobcats suffered a 55-6 loss to Tioga in their 2022 home opener.

The Bobcats could not stop Tioga’s run game as the Tigers ran for 340 yards with six rushing touchdowns.

BG scored early in the fourth quarter as the Bobcats drove down the field to set up a one yard rush by Damon Seymour. In the loss, Quarterback Connor Davy threw for 46 yards while Nolan Hawkins threw for 19 and rushed for 18 yards. Ethan Beames finished with 44 all-purpose yards with 33 received and 11 rushed.

The Bobcats (0-3) are eager to find their first win of the season and hopes it’ll come against Harpursville on Friday at 7 p.m.
