NORWICH — After last week's pre-Blues Fest performances by local group The Nate Gross Band and Missouri-based blues band Mike Zito's Big Band, the NBT Bank Free Summer Concert Series comes to a close tonight with a performance by Trigger Hippy.

According to the Chenango Blues Association, Trigger Hippy's musical style has roots in country, delta blues, R&B, gospel, and southern rock. The eclectic band will be taking the stage in Norwich's East Park tonight at 7 p.m. to finish out the 2022 Free Summer Concert Series.

The Chenango Blues Association said, "It's a show not to be missed, and an outstanding conclusion to the 2022 NBT Bank Summer Concert Series."

Spectators in East Park can also enjoy delicious meals from area vendors such as Nina's Pizzeria, Ray Brothers BBQ, and Hubcap Munchies, ice cream from Gilligan's Ice Cream and Lickety Split, and desserts from Deja Brew.

Visitors can also head over to the Park Place beer garden adjacent to East Park for refreshing beverages during the show.
