NORWICH — Bluegrass band The Travelin' McCourys will take the East Park Stage at 7 p.m. on Thursday, July 14 as the second installment of the 2022 NBT Bank Free Summer Concert Series.

The band features brothers Ronnie and Rob McCoury on mandolin and banjo, respectively, as well as fiddler Jason Carter, bassist Alan Bartram, and guitarist Cody Kilby. The five-piece ensemble takes their traditional knowledge of Bluegrass and pushes the envelope, creating a style that is both traditional and progressive.

Next week on July 21 Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes will hit the stage to continue the Summer Concert Series, which takes place at 7 p.m. in East Park every Thursday.
