NY Troopers Seek Oneonta Shoplifter

ONEONTA – New York State Police at Oneonta are looking to identify a man pictured in a surveillance video captured at the Walmart in the town of Oneonta.
On February 26, at approximately 8:40 a.m., the man exited the store with a cart full of items that he did not pay for.
He was also seen in the pictured pick-up truck.
Troopers have searched the area for the man and the truck but have not been able to find it.
