Little Falls 70, Sherburne-Earlville 45

SHERBURNE - Little Falls built a 14-point lead at halftime, and put the game out of reach with a dominant third quarter in Tuesday's road victory over Sherburne-Earlville.

John Shepardson helped Little Falls establish command in the first half. Shepardson had 10 of his team-high 14 points in the first quarter, and Little Falls canned six of its seven 3s to create a 36-22 advantage.

The lead grew from 14 to 34 following a 22-2 third period, the most lopsided deficit of any quarter in the Marauders' young season.

Six Little Falls players contributed to the third-quarter salvo led by Coltan Frederick's eight points.

Frederick (13), Logan Frederick (11), and Brayton Langdon (11) also reached double figures scoring.
