HOLLAND PATENT - Sherburne-Earlville’s undermanned lineup came away with five overall victories in Thursday’s road defeat to Holland Pattent.

The meet was tight after the 50-yard freestyle with the host team holding a 15-13 advantage.  One-two finishes in diving, the 100-yard butterfly, and 100-yard freestyle expanded Holland Patent’s lead to 20 points.

Amon Van Alst swept the 200- and 500-yard freestyles for S-E timing 2:23.51 and 5:48.37 respectively.

Josh Larchar added a win for S-E in the 100-yard breaststroke clocking 1:21.89. S-E also won the 200-yard medley relay and 200-yard freestyle relay.
