Unadilla Valley/G-MU 8, Delhi 2

NEW BERLIN - After a relatively uneventful first half that saw each team score a goal, Unadilla Valley/G-MU's offense erupted for seven straight goals in a blowout victory over Delhi on Tuesday.

"A huge shout out to the goalie from Delhi, who played a great game," said UV/G-MU coach Josh Burchill. "Our boys saw our style of play pay dividends, as we moved the ball nicely maintaining possession. We were finally able to break through and find the back of the net."

Trason Murry unlocked the tie game getting a feed from Haywood Edwards for the 2-1 advantage.  Murry, Josh Meade, and Dalton Proskine all had multi-goal nights.

Meade finished with a hat trick, while Proskine and Murry had two goals apiece. Ben Gorrell also scored for UV/G-MU, while Owen Hill was credited with three assists.
