CHENANGO COUNTY – As of Wednesday there are 103 active cases of COVID-19 in Chenango County, and seven individuals are currently hospitalized.

The Chenango County Department of Health confirmed there have been 3,713 total cases of COVID-19 in Chenango.

There have been 80 confirmed deaths.

The health department also confirmed there are 213 residents under quarantine, and 3,456 total recoveries.

So far approximately 130,482 tests for the virus have been administered in the county.

The Chenango County Health Department will be administering Johnson and Johnson COVID-19 vaccines at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 19, in East Park in Norwich before the NBT Bank Summer Concert Series performance.
