According to Chenango County Sheriff Ernest Cutting, the investigation into Kenneth R. Fink, 35, of New Berlin began on March 1, 2020, when the Chenango County 911 Center received a call of a structure fire located at 4322 State Highway 80 in the Town of Columbus.
