You Can Now Register For A Vaccine At The County Health Department's Webpage

CHENANGO COUNTY – Recently the Chenango County of Department of Health has launched a online registry for vaccinations on their website.

The registry can be found at www.co.chenango.ny.us/public-health/nursing/covid19.php#tab-3 and visitors may be able to set up an appointment for the department first clinic set up for March 19.

Click on the clinic you wish to sign up for and fill out the questions.

The Health Department's first clinic on March 19 will be at the former Label Shopper Store in the South Plaza Center and an appointment will be required.

No walk-ins will be accepted at the clinics and the health department is currently providing COVID-19 vaccines to NY State eligible groups only.

If you are not sure if you qualify use the you can click on a link on the department's site, “ NYS Screening Tool,” to learn more.

Residents will need to Show Proof of Eligibility at their appointments.

 

“We would like to thank Dynasty USA for allowing us to utilize the space in the South Plaza Center,” said Isaiah Sutton, Director of Environmental Health and Code Enforcement. “The location provides an open well-maintained location for our clinics with ample parking and at-grade access.”
