NEW BERLIN – The New Berlin Library is celebrating Halloween with several giveaways. The library has a Halloween grab and go craft for children. There are two crafts to choose between, a patterned spider magnet craft kit or a patterned bat magnet craft kit.  The second giveaway is Halloween themed industrial 3Ply ear hook disposable face masks.  This giveaway is for adults and children and available while supplies last.

On Halloween night, from 4:30 pm to 7 pm,  the New Berlin Library will have a table set up on the front porch for trick or treating children.  Children will be able to pick out a children's book and candy as their trick or treat prize.  For safety purpose, this will be a grab and go event.  No library staff will be available on site.

The schedule for that 4H/Cornell Cooperative Extension of Chenango County After School Program at the New Berlin Library is October 14: Terrific Tree Program; and October 28: Fall Wreath Making. This program is free and open to the public. Social distancing and face masks are required to attend the program.
