NORWICH – Interim Superintendent for the Norwich City School District, Diana Bowers, released information about the Norwich Middle School’s reopening plan on Tuesday, announcing that students will return to the school with a hybrid attendance model.

According to Bowers, starting on October 8, 7th and 8th grade middle school students will return to the school with a rotating schedule of one day in person one day remotely, as they had originally planned.

“Over the next week, you should receive information from the Middle School and our Bus Garage about transportation and the purple and white day schedules,” said Bowers. “If you planned to keep your child home for 100 percent virtual instruction through our NCSD Virtual Academy, we will still honor that request.”
