CHENANGO COUNTY – Report cards aren't just for grading this year in school districts across New York State. Governor Andrew Cuomo announced last week the start of COVID-19 school report cards, an online platform that allows individuals to access information about positive cases within local school districts.

Currently there are only two school districts in Chenango County with reported positive COVID-19 cases.

Unadilla Valley Central School District has one reported case and was able to remain open due to the limited exposure of the virus.

According to the state website, three lab positives have been reported in the Norwich City School District. The school did not return calls for comment Tuesday and has not yet reported any positive cases.

The school report cards can be accessed by going to www.schoolcovidreportcard.health.ny.gov.
