NORWICH – Steve White, rector of Emmanuel Episcopal Church in Norwich, announced that Matthew Giglio, a graduate of Norwich High School, has been selected to receive the Mary Jean Jacobi Scholarship award.

This scholarship was established by the family of Mrs. Jacobi, a very active member of Emmanuel Church, in her honor.
