The Midstate Athletic Conference All-Stars were named on October 31 by the coaches of the conference. Selected to the first and second teams were 11 players from the different programs. Greene had seven players named to the first and second teams to see the most All-Stars named. The honorable mention list awarded another 16 players All-Star honors. Below are the first, second and honorable mention team members:

First Team

Greene: Alec Frair, Nolan Butler and Calob Davenport.

Unadilla Valley: Dylan Nichols and Devon Fairchild.

Walton: Kaiden Vernold

Delhi: Danny Rolfe and Paul Vickers.

Bainbridge-Guilford: Ryan Porter.

Sidney: Bryan Agustin.

Afton/Harpursville: Riley Livermore.
