Norwich Volleyball Rebounds From Loss To Sweep Warriors

NORWICH – The Lady Purple Tornado Volleyball team battled in the first game against Chenango Valley on Thursday, winning 25-20 but then cruised to the 3-0 match win after defeating the Warriors 25-7, 25-15 in the next two sets.

Norwich’s Lauren Squires recorded seven aces and 12 kills in the match win while Francesca Salerno dished out 13 assists throughout the three games.

All Tornado players recorded a stat in the match, including senior Sophia Dabbraccio who served up an ace in game three of the match.
