OXFORD – Manufacturing Day occurs every year on the first Friday in October. Ideally, this is an opportunity to promote the importance of manufacturing on a local, national and global level.

Earlier this week, Commerce Chenango presented the 2019 Manufacturer of the Year award to T-Squared Custom Millwork at their location in Oxford.

Founded in the late 1990’s as TER Cabinetworks, Tracy and Tamara Tarbell acquired the local manufacturing shop in 2010 and renamed it T-Squared Custom Millwork. With a varied background in cabinet making, drafting, estimating, and running a small manufacturing business, their 14 full-time employees produces high quality commercial cabinetry and architectural millwork. Their exceptional work can be seen at NBT Bank, UHS Hospitals, Delaware Valley Hospital, Commerce Chenango, offices, universities, schools, and other commercial businesses across the northeast. Interactive and sensory experiences for children is fairly new on the horizon, and innovative thinking by T-Squared has helped them secure the build of such custom specialty items for the Windsor School District and the Discovery Center.
