NORWICH – Changes to state and federal laws are forcing the Chenango County District Attorney's Office and Public Defender's Office to look at a new location within the Eaton Center in Norwich.

Both offices are currently housed on the second floor of the Eaton Center on Conkey Avenue, but county officials say a move to another floor, where there's more space, is imminent.
