NEW YORK – Approximately 130 schools attended the Stanner games at the New Balance Track and Field Center at the Armory in New York City over the weekend, and the Norwich Purple Tornado Indoor track and field team was one of those teams.

The Tornado 4x200 boys team, who already broke the record earlier this season, set the new record for the third time as a group. Eric Conant, David Berger, Nik Barber and Gabe Gawronski finished with a time of 1:34.07, beating their previously set record by .6 of a second.
