The City of Norwich’s 22nd annual Tree Lighting Ceremony took place in West Park on Thursday night with an appearance by jolly ol’ St. Nick and performances by the Perry Browne Elementary School choir. Perry Browne students Daisy Shaw, Alivia Burrell, Tamika Marango, Natalie Downey, Liam Gennett, and Skylr Newman were chosen to flip the switch with Santa Claus, illuminating the park with holiday lights.
