NORWICH – As Chenango County Republican Committee members gear-up for the 44th annual Lobsterfest slated for noon to 4 p.m. this Sunday at the Northeast Classic Car Museum, committee members say they're excited to announce Republican candidate for New York State Governor Marc Molinaro has confirmed he will be in attendance.

"We're honored to have Marc Molinaro come to Lobsterfest," said Chenango County Republican Committee Chairman Tom Morrone. "Of course, he's been traveling all over central New York. He could be our next governor."

Morrone said other politicians who will be at the event include Congresswoman Claudia Tenney, Senator Fred Akshar, Senator Jim Seward, Assemblyman Cliff Crouch, Assemblyman Gary Finch, and others.
