NORWICH – Appearing in Chenango County Court on Friday, a Norwich man pleaded guilty to multiple sex crimes as part of a plea bargain.

Tyler W. Streeter, 22, pleaded guilty to two of the original four charges of his June 27 arrest, the use of a child in a sexual performance, a class C felony and forcible touching, a class A misdemeanor.

The first charge stems from Streeter requesting and receiving pictures from a 10-year-old female in August 2016. Streeter also sent pictures back to the victim through facebook messenger. Other charges involved the defendant sexually touching the underage youth.

Ferrarese informed the court that the second charge Streeter pleaded guilty to, forcible touching, occurred around a year after Streeter had originally asked for the pictures.
