MADISON – Otselic Valley won the first half of the contest between the Vikings and the Bulldogs of Madison Monday afternoon. However, Madison dominated the second half scoring five on their way to the 5-1 victory over OV.

The first half ended just as the game started at 0-0. “We had multiple chances and were the more physical team. We were the better team in the first half,” said Vikings head coach Jacob Preston.

Otselic Valley’s Josh Eggleston received a pass from Devin stone and fired a hard, uncontrollable shot that was uncontrollable by the medicine keeper. Eggleston’s goal give the Vikings the 1-0.

But the leader only lasted for so long as Madison’s cold stone placed the ball at the top of the 18 yard box to Spencer Haviland. Haviland made a move to make The OV defender mess, tying the game at one apiece.
