Two Arrested On Felony Drug Charges After 'no-knock' Search Warrant

NORWICH – The Norwich City Police Department, along with members of the Chenango County Sheriff's Office, concluded a three-week-long investigation into the sale of methamphetamine with the arrest of two individuals on felony charges on Thursday.

Norwich residents Brittany M. Dunagan, 24, and Todd W. Diamond Jr., 26, were arrested at their State Street apartment in the Cobbler's Square complex just before 9 a.m. on Thursday morning with the execution of a 'no-knock' search warrant.

Both were charged with the Criminal Sale of a controlled substance in the 3rd degree, a class B felony, criminal nuisance in the 1st degree, a class E felony, and endangering the welfare of a child, a class A misdemeanor.
