Norwich Soccer outshoots Black Knights despite 3-1 loss Wednesday

NORWICH – For all intensive purposes, the Norwich Purple Tornado boys soccer team played as if they won the game – however, it was a 3-1 loss for Norwich on Wednesday.

Norwich secured 14 shots on goal – played a newly designed defense – while their goalkeeper, Dakota Franklin made five saves.

“I don’t think I have ever seen a Norwich team play as well as this team, ever, in my career. I don’t think I have ever seen boys play together as brothers the way these boys play,” said Norwich head coach Scottie Decker.
