NORWICH–With Spring finally upon us and winter dreams of ripe tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, and green beans will soon be a reality. Many of us are just excited to get our hands on fresh produce from the garden, while some are already planning ahead to preserve their harvest.

Cornell Cooperative Extension is excited to offer a series of food preservation classes throughout the year as well as a three day Master Food Preserver training.
