BAINBRIDGE – The dominant Bainbridge-Guilford lady Bobcats took to the court this past Friday for a home game against Unatego, to which the now 10-0 Bobcats earned their win over Unatego by a score of 57-17.

Bob Conway, a longtime coach in the area and a man who has amassed over 500 wins as of last year – over 400 wins with Bainbridge-Guilford – has added to the win column this season, as he has steered his lady Bobcats to an unblemished 10-0 record halfway through January of 2017 – while B-G also remains one game ahead of the division competition holding a 4-0 league record.

Unatego, posed no threat to the then 9-0 record, as Bainbridge-Guilford attacked the rim from start to finish in last Fridays' game played on Jan. 13.

Bainbridge-Guilford exploded for back-to-back 21 point periods to start the game as the Bobcats defense smothered the lady Spartans in both periods leading to a 42-9 point lead at the half.

Once again leading the charge for Bainbridge-Guilford was Abigail Selfridge who slashed the Unatego defensive for 27 points in the game while going 7-8 from the line. Selfridge enjoyed some assistance in the scoring from six other teammates, most notably from her younger sister Eric Selfridge who netted 12 points to finish second in scoring on the day.
