BINGHAMTON – Norwich took one more step in their pursuit of 2016 division championship when they defeated Chenango Valley on the road at 5-2, on Sept. 21.

Securing the win for Norwich over the Warriors was the duo of Riley Marsh and Ava Granquist at the second doubles spot. Marsh and Granquist would win the match against Claire Harvey and Linsey Reardon of CV in straight sets at 6-1 and 6-4.

“This was a great win for them. Riley has stepped in to play at the second doubles spot while Olivia has been out, and has done a great job playing the higher position,” said Norwich head coach John Stewart.
