Binghamton Woman Arrested On Felony DWI Charge

OXFORD - On July 4, The village of Oxford Police Department arrested Livia L. Gomat, 37, of Binghamton, on charges of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, a class A misdemeanor; operating a motor vehicle with greater than .08 of 1 percent alcohol, a class A misdemeanor; felony aggravated DWI for having a child in the vehicle under Leandra's Law; aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree, a class A misdemeanor; speeding; and inadequate muffler.
