Child Abuser Gets Probation

NORWICH – The Chenango County Court convened for a morning session on Friday, June 24, where the case of Lindsey L. McGehee was heard.

District Attorney Joseph McBride represented the people of Chenango County, while The Honorable Judge Frank B. Revoir Jr. presided over matters. Linden Summers was the attorney representing the defendant.

It was alleged that in March of 2015, McGehee intentionally caused physical injury to her boyfriend's 14-month-old son by pulling him while his leg was stuck between the slats of a crib, which caused the child to receive a spiral fracture to his right femur.
