The three mens doubles on the day saw Sidney earn their only match win over Norwich when Sean Germond and Micha Bowie of Sidney defeated Austin Benenati and Zayn Harperat 6-2, and then come up with a lost set at 1-6 in favor of Norwich. The final tie-breaking set came down to a nail biting 11-9 set in favor of the Sidney duo of Germond and Bowie.
However, Norwich quickly recovered to see the second mens double duo earn a win in just two sets as Josia Shaver and Matt Giglio got the win over Trevor Dutton & Lucas Tanner at 6-2, and 6-3 respectively.
To close out the evening, Mike Carson and Dan Zieno of Norwich defeated Connor Gregory and Dillon Hendrickson at 6-1, and 6-2, to seal the 6-1 team victory over Sidney.
