UNADILLA – State Troopers arrested a convicted felon who was allegedly in possession of a loaded rifle and stolen merchandise.

Steven F. Scott, 47, of Unadilla, was arrested on March 5, 2016 and was charged with criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, a felony; petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor; and possession of a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor.

The arrest took place after a NYS Trooper was advised of clothing having been stolen from a business on Main Street in the Town of Unadilla.
