NORWICH – A group of some twenty-odd members of Chenango County FIRST Robotics Team-145 gathered last Saturday to view a live-streamed video transmission that spelled out the team's next regional competition assignment.

The meeting also signaled the official start of the 2016 competition season for Team-145. The kick-off held at the Norwich High School continued much in the same vein as 2015.

The secret game reveal was streamed live to all FIRST teams simultaneously around the world. Despite the early hour on Saturday, energy continued to build as the team watched the game details unfold on the screen. Some members immediately began formulating a plan of attack for the upcoming First Stronghold battle.
