Each year, the Norwich Career Firefighters Association gives a generous contribution to the Norwich City School District's Snack Milk Program, a nutrition program aimed at providing milk to elementary students as a nutritious alternative to sugary snacks. A $1,000 check for continuation of the program was presented to Norwich school officials at Gibson Primary on Thursday.
