Norwich Police K9 Officer Thomas Miller spent his Saturday at the Houndstooth Bakery and Boutique in Sidney with his K9 Nitro. Nitro and Miller offered information to the children and parents in attendance regarding the importance and benefits of a K9. Demonstrations were done for the attendees.
