Frontier Urges Homeowners And Contractors To Dig Safely

NORWICH – Frontier Communications is reminding residents to know their grounds before they dig.

With construction season underway, homeowners and construction companies are starting projects both large and small. But with construction comes the risk of digging into buried utility lines, so all are encouraged to call 811 before picking up a shovel.
