Norwich 2, Oxford 0

NORWICH - Norwich won its third straight game shutting out Oxford Wednesday at Norwich High School.

Chris Trevisani scored 1:39 into the second half to break up a scoreless game, and Trevisani added an insurance goal – his 16th tally of the season – with under 10 minutes to play.

The result was much closer than the first meeting between the two clubs when the Tornado won by five goals. "Oxford has improved tremendously from the first time we played them, and they made it a physical game," said Norwich coach Scottie Decker.
