Tornado's Trevisani Throws Seven Inning Shutout Over Seton

Norwich’s Chris Trevisani pitched a complete game two hitter in Friday’s win over Seton Catholic.

Trevisani had one strikeout and only one walk, throwing 79 pitches in seven innings for his second win of the season.

‘He let them put it in play,” said Norwich varsity baseball head coach Rich Turnbull.

Shortstop Jake Walsh was involved in seven plays including a sharp line drive double play in the fourth inning.

Norwich got it’s only run after Cody Barnes hit a one out double in the fourth and was scored by a Ricky Runyon sacrifice fly.

“The outfield is playing exceptional at the moment,” Turnbull said.

The outfield accounted for nine put outs, including six straight in he final two innings.

“Every outfielder made a put out in the last inning,” said Turnbull.
