Happy Arbor Day

The Norwich Garden Club, in collaboration with the Norwich Parks Commission and the City of Norwich Centennial Committee, gathered in South Broad Street Park for the planting of the city's newest tree. In recognition of Arbor Day, the Norwich Garden Club planted a sugar maple on behalf of the Norwich Centennial Committee. The "Centennial Tree" welcomes people into the city on the busy stretch of state Route 12.
