By Todd Campbell

What is the good word, Patrollers?! The DVD Patrol has been trying to keep ahead of the Curve and we just got out of Oscar Season. Even though the Toddster isn't crazy about them, that doesn't mean he doesn't watch them. Also, coming up in April also means that Summer Movie Season will be kicking off a little bit early. Here we go!

New on DVD

Homefront- When you're trying to get away from something, It sometimes has a way of catching up with you. DEA Agent Phil Broker (Jason Statham) wanted to get away from the life he has had trying to take down the bad guys and settle down with his family after some tragic events happen. With his wife gone, he has to raise his Daughter Maddy (Izabela Vidovic) by himself. They move South where they think things will be all right. Phil couldn't be more wrong. After Maddy stands up to a bully, the boy's Mother goes to see "Gator" Bodine (James Franco) who asks him to to put a scare into Maddy and her Dad. The only problem is Phil doesn't scare that easy. Also, Gator also happens to be the local drog kingpin and he has to set an example. Can Phil find a way to stop him and keep his daughter safe? Harlan wants Rodney to throw a fight but he does what he wants and something happens to him. Harlan's brother, Russell (Chrtistian Bale), knows something is wrong and goes looking for Rodney. Russell may be looking for more trouble than be bargained for but he's determined to find out what happened to his brother. What did happen to Rodney and will Russell get out this one in one piece? Harrelson also has a few irons in the fire including "The Hunger Games-Mockingjay-Part 1" with Jennifer Lawrence and a sequel to "Now You See Me" now in development.
