NORWICH – Four area youths were charged with trespass Saturday night after they allegedly entered and remained at a vacant City of Norwich apartment, while a Town of Bainbridge man was arrested for allegedly purchasing alcohol for members of the group.

Ryan Andrew Price, 22, Bainbridge, was charged with two counts of first degree unlawfully dealing with a child – as well as trespass – following the incident, which took place at approximately 10:45 p.m. at an apartment located on the corner of Silver and Mechanic streets.
